Hi I am Louise and I am the founder of

I am a qualified Hypnobirthing Instructor with The Calm Birth School. My background is in education and I have been a teacher for nearly twenty years.
​
I am a proud mummy to four beautiful boys, Luca, Mylo, Hugo and Theo and they are the inspiration for my transition into Parent and Baby wellbeing. The day I became a mummy it changed my life for the better. I believe that parenthood is the most challenging, yet most amazing experience and although I have experienced many ups and downs, highs and lows, I believe a heart full of love has been my greatest asset. I have been luckily enough to grow up in Wiltshire and came back to the area when I was pregnant with my first child.

Having a baby is one of the most exciting times in your life and my aim is to capture this and allow you to experience the joy it brings. Parenthood isn't always easy and it has often been the friendships I have formed that have made the struggles more bearable and the laughs more frequent; still today these women are among my best friends.

After 4 very different and not so 'empowering births', my mission is to prepare and educate you to have the calmest, confident and most positive birth.

As a mother of four, you name it, I have experienced it, from birth trauma, reflux, colic, tongue-tie to a premature baby and with this in mind I wanted to create a non-judgmental space, where parent’s wellbeing is as fundamental as their babies. I want expecting and new parents to feel held and supported and come away feeling inspired to be their baby’s greatest teacher
