Service Description

This 3 hour course is aimed at you if this is not your first baby and you want to refresh your birth education but not have the time for a long course. You may not have used hypnobirthing before and want to plan for a more calmer and positive birth second, or third or fourth time around. You will meet other parents at the same stage as you and be able to share the journey of your new addition. -Your birthing body- the science behind birth -Connection between the mind and body in birth -Hormones- how these can either help or hinder your birth  -Affirmations- how to focus on the positive in birth -B.R.A.I.N.S- how to deal with unexpected twists and turns -Managing other children with a a newborn. -Mindful Breastfeeding -Newborn Nurture  * Various locations- Marlborough, Avebury, Swindon * online options too
