This is for the parent who would like to be proactive with setting their baby up for successful sleep. This plan includes a consultation, personalized sleep plan, and one week of text and calls to answer any questions regarding sleep. This is for babies 0-3 months of old.
This is for the parent who’s having a difficult time getting their child to sleep and needs support and guidance. This plan includes a consultation, personalized sleep plan, and one week of on demand coaching. This is for ages 4 months to 5 years old.
This is for the parent who’s convinced their child doesn’t like to sleep and is in need of support and guidance. This plan includes a consultation, personalized sleep plan, and on the demand coaching for two weeks. This is for ages 4 months to 5 years old.
About Nestle & Nurture
Nestle & Nurture became an idea back in 2024 when my husband and I were talking about our future, and our goals. Our number 1 goal was for me to stay at home with our future children. That had always been a dream of mine. Fast forward to 2026... I now have a sweet baby boy, and have launched Nestle & Nurture. I have always had a passion for helping children and families. Between working in childcare, family and friends having babies, I have seen many parents struggle with getting their kids to sleep and the impact lack of sleep has on children. This led me to become a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant. My dream today is not just to be a stay at home mom, but to also help families and their children get the rest they not only need but deserve.
